Mystic and Synchronet Setup

Mystic BBS Setup

In Mystic, create a menu option that uses the IR command. The IR command starts an outbound RLogin connection from Mystic to the Live Wire Game Server.

/addr=lwgs.online /port=2513 /user=@USER@ /pass=@USER@ /prompt

/addr sets the RLogin destination address.
/port sets the RLogin port.
/user=@USER@ passes the current Mystic username.
/pass=@USER@ passes the same value as the RLogin password field.
/prompt allows Mystic to prompt or handle the connection interactively.

This menu item does not launch a local Mystic door. It connects Mystic users to the remote Live Wire Game Server.

Synchronet BBS Setup

In Synchronet, add Live Wire Game Server as an external program through SCFG → External Programs. This gives callers a menu option that opens an RLogin connection to the game server.
